Breakfast

McCann's RegularFlavor Instant Irish Oatmeal
1/8 cup raisins
1 tbs slivered raw almonds
Coffee with skim milk

Lunch
Heart Healthy Pizzicotto from Pompei Bakery
Cocoa Mole Larabar
1 cup of hot tea

Snack
Handful of raisins

Dinner
Egg-white omelet w/ camembert, onion, and asparagus
Fingerling potatoes sliced thinly, parboiled, and sauteed in olive oil with onion & garlic
Two slices of multi-grain toast (from the Treasure Island bakery) w/smart balance spread and organic peach jam
1/2 a golden delicious apple
Two glasses of pinot noir
1 cup of hot tea

Water
I drank at least 64 ounces.

Daily Notes

  • I love making breakfast for dinner. I had intended on making asparagus/camembert omelets for breakfast on Saturday, but the asparagus was starting to go bad, so I changed plans.
  • I can't find the nutritional info for the pizzicotto. That makes me a little nervous.
  • I am totally digging the Cocoa Mole Larabar. It's like eating a brownie that's ultra good for you.
