Two slices of multi-grain toast (from the Treasure Island bakery) w/smart balance spread and organic peach jam
1/2 a golden delicious apple
Two glasses of pinot noir
1 cup of hot tea
Water
I drank at least 64 ounces.
Daily Notes
- I love making breakfast for dinner. I had intended on making asparagus/camembert omelets for breakfast on Saturday, but the asparagus was starting to go bad, so I changed plans.
- I can't find the nutritional info for the pizzicotto. That makes me a little nervous.
- I am totally digging the Cocoa Mole Larabar. It's like eating a brownie that's ultra good for you.
